Rooms are very clean but this hotel is very expensive with additional fees for seemingly everything. There is a mandatory $45 charge per day that covers the gym, pool, and WiFi. This must be paid whether or not you use it. However, the pool is also currently closed for renovation so you can't even use it. If you order room service, keep in mind that they charge $5 delivery fee and additional $2 in-room service plus additional taxes on top of the cost of the item.

What a wonderful hotel, great location right in the middle of union square. San Francisco wea the first spot on our honeymoon and the Nikko hotel was the perfect choice for visiting the city. Fantastic hotel great staff / service. Thanks guys 10/10

It’s close to the Moscone Centre, and it’s a really good place to stay overall. The housekeeping team did an amazing job keeping my room spotless and tidy throughout my stay.

很適合國人，真滴，出門就能租車，吃飯，早飯很OK，健身也好，還有拖鞋，他房間有的升級過了，淋雨高級些，有的沒有，轉角房間小，別的房間大

Indoor pool with warm jacuzzi is great! I personally find the bed too soft though. Location is perfect. Lots of food choices around.

北美之旅最好的選擇。一直擔心地點是不是有點亂，結果完全沒必要。酒店早餐太棒了，雖然樣數不多，但西式和式中式都有。

朝食の際、追加でフルーツを取りに行ったときにテーブルに殘っていた食器を片付けられてしまったので、少し驚きました。うっかり下げてしまったのだと思いますが、まだ退席していないことが分かりやすく伝えられると良いと思いました。深夜便のため夜チェックアウトをしUberをよんだのですが(ホテルの外は少し危険な感じがしたのですが)、ホテルの方が車に乗るところへついてきてくださったので、安心して帰ることができました。最初から最後まで怖い思いをせずに旅を終えられました。ホスピタリティー溢れるホテルでした。ありがとうございました！

因為以前在日本大阪住過日航酒店，因此產生了某種情緣而選擇，但是與在日本居住的感覺還是相差有些遠，比如自助早餐，比如房間設施都很一般。特別是房間設施，進了房間竟然好幾個燈都不亮，叫了服務人員來，原來壞了。好吧，不過過來修理的服務人員很好，不僅修好了燈，還告訴我取水的地方。，注意房間只送一瓶水（這個超市有賣4元），但是這個水瓶可以去取水。這種方式很好！當然酒店的地理位置非常好，近聯合廣場，周邊逛一圈吃和玩都很方便，去坐纜車游覽相當好！

酒店房間很大，洗護用品不錯，乾凈整潔，價格略高，對面就是希爾頓，離聯合廣場很近，樓下有一家日式拉麪館不錯，會有流浪漢，繞走無害。

酒店在聯合廣場，入住恰好遇見一位出生在北京會中文的小帥哥，詳細幫我們介紹了附近的餐廳美食，有牛排，越南菜，日本拉麪，服務特別的好，房間也是乾凈舒適，走幾步也有一家jack burger，點餐時也是一位廣東華裔，會説幾句簡單中文，特別有意思，區鐺鐺車很近，位置優越，酒店早餐西式和日式的，有味增湯納豆米飯白粥小菜，晚上盡量少外出，和奇怪的人盡量不要眼神交流，舊金山整體人都非常好，是走過的城市里最nice的
